Platform and services

Dr. Elivra is a technology platform that supports wellbeing assessments, AI-assisted guidance, appointment coordination, and access to independent healthcare or mental-health professionals. Features may vary by user, client, partner, programme, and location.

Eligibility and minors

You must provide accurate information and have legal capacity to create an account. Minors may access the Platform as participating patients only through accounts established or authorised by an adult parent or legal guardian, a school or educational institution, or a sponsoring employer entity. The authorising person or organisation is responsible for obtaining any legally required consent and for appropriate supervision. The Platform does not assume the role of a parent or guardian.

Medical and emergency notice

Dr. Elivra is not an emergency service. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. AI-generated guidance, assessments, educational content, and automated results do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions remain with the qualified professional providing care.
