Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to paid appointments, consultations, assessments, and other services purchased through Dr. Elivra.

Last updated: 3 August 2026

General policy

Payments are generally final once a service has been booked, scheduled, started, delivered, or a digital assessment or report has been made available. We do not ordinarily accept cancellations or provide refunds for a change of mind, non-attendance, late arrival, unused time, or failure to complete an assessment.

Rescheduling by you

You may ask to reschedule a specialist appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours before its scheduled start. Rescheduling is subject to specialist availability. Requests received later than this, or missed appointments, may be treated as used and may not qualify for a credit or refund.

Specialist unavailable or service not delivered

If the selected specialist is unavailable or we cannot deliver a paid service due to an issue attributable to us, our preferred remedy is to reschedule the service or issue an equivalent account credit that can be used for a future booking. We will agree a reasonable validity period when the credit is issued.

If we cannot offer a reasonable replacement, rescheduled appointment, or usable credit, you may request a refund to the original payment method for the affected service.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

Please notify us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount. After verification, any confirmed excess charge will be refunded or reversed.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control the time required for the amount to appear in your account; this commonly takes 5–10 business days after initiation. Fees already incurred or portions of a service already delivered may be deducted where permitted by law.
