- Payment status and transaction references. Card, UPI, or banking credentials are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by us in full.

If an evaluation indicates that you may benefit from additional care, our authorised clinical partners or care associates may use the contact details you provided to offer follow-up support, explain available care options, or help coordinate an appointment. We share only information reasonably necessary for that purpose and do so in accordance with your consent, stated preferences, and applicable law. You may tell us that you do not want non-emergency follow-up by contacting us.
When information may be shared
We may share relevant information with authorised clinicians and care partners involved in delivering or coordinating services; vendors that provide hosting, communications, analytics, support, or payment processing; professional advisers; and government or regulatory authorities where legally required.
